What counts as a 'call'?+

Any inbound call answered by the AI. Outbound sales calls are billed per connected minute (Bloom & Smash tiers and up).

What happens after 14 days?+

We email 3 days before the trial ends. If no plan is picked, the agent pauses. We never auto-charge a card you didn't enter.

Can I switch plans?+

Anytime, prorated. Upgrade and downgrade from the dashboard — changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
